Gelatine is obtained by the partial Hydrolsis of the collagen contained in the skin,
conjunctive tissue and bones of animals.

Gelatine contains all the Amino acids except Tryptophane and is essential in to a
Polypetide chain. Many of these Amino acids are essential for life.

 
Amino Acid Composition - Gelatine
• Gelatine is very easily digestible animal protein.
• It is pure food protein of natural origin.
• It is absolutely safe to consume.
 
Gelatine swells when laced in cold water. Absorbing 5 to 10 times its own volume of water. When heated to a temperature of 50-60°C, the swollen Gelatine dissolves
giving a solution, which forms a Gel when cooled. The Sol Gel conversion process is
reversible and can be repeated. This unique characteristic makes it an ideal Raw
material for many products.
